דלה = Poor      πτωχός = Poor 

If thou lend money to my people that are poor by thee, thou shall not be to him as a usurer, neither shall thou lay upon him usury.

Exodus 22:25

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shall open your hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

Deuteronomy 15:11

Thou shall not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he is of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates.

Deuteronomy 24:14

The rich rules over the poor and the borrowers are servants to the lender.

Proverbs 22:7

He that oppressed the poor to increase his riches, and he that gives to the rich, shall surely come to want.

Proverbs 22:16

The king that faithfully judged the poor, his throne shall be established for ever.

Proverbs 29:14

Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

James 2: 2-4
